      Skyvern Changelog — June 2026

Everything we shipped in June 2026 — weeks of June 1, 8, 15, and 22. Workflows Are Now Agents We renamed Workflows to Agents across the product, the public API, and the docs. The API now lives under /agents (e.g. POST /v1/run/agents) and accepts an agent_id alias for workflow_id — same wpid_ value, echoed back in responses. It's fully backwards-compatible: your existing workflow_id inputs, /workflows endpoints, SDK methods, and bookmarked doc URLs all keep working. Workflow Studio (Beta) M

      Skyvern Changelog — April & May 2026

Two months of shipping in one email — a draggable editor, cleaner MCP OAuth, stronger run controls, and plenty more. Headliners first, the full list at the end. April 2026 Workflow Copilot v2 The workflow copilot got a lot more hands-on. Hard-cancel a run mid-flight instead of waiting it out, and follow it live as it streams status narration and surfaces block-level events (starts, completions, errors) while your workflow runs. When a test trips, it hands back the work-in-progress workflow

Changelog - November Part 2 - Quality of Life

Faster workflow startup times Faster workflow startup times Usually performance fixes are a big meme. You get an app update and the release notes just say "performance improvements"... but WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? We make our performance improvements as obvious as they can get Any time I did a live demo.. we'd wait 1 minute for a workflow to start Any user that wanted to test their workflow.. would wait 1 minute for a workflow to start Any customer calling our API.. experienced an unnecessary mi

      Changelog - November - Part 1: Site-wide makeover

Landing page re-design We just released our new landing page at https://www.skyvern.com Our old one desperately needed a makeover. It was something I cooked up two nights before a launch. Even though it looked scrappy, it served its purpose well. Our potential customers were able to go to it and see what Skyvern could do. They would see use-cases, they'd be able to book a demo, they'd be able to try our product out, they'd be able to navigate to our open source repo There are a few places w

Changelog - September - Prompting guide, SVG Handling, Persistent Sessions, Advanced 2FA

New Prompting Guide We just released a new prompting guide: https://docs.skyvern.com/getting-started/prompting-guide It goes into detail talking about a few gotchas. For example, did you know: 1. Skyvern works the most reliably pairing prompts with (goal, completion criteria) pairs? 1. It turns out that LLMs are very similar to humans in this regard – the more vague you are about when something is "done", the less likely they are to do it the way you expect 2. You can use keywords like

Changelog - September 4 - New pricing page, Faster live streams, and more!

New Pricing page Skyvern's landing page just got a minor update – we now have a dedicated pricing page 💰! We have 2 main problems we think we can solve with a pricing page: #1: Our pricing wasn't clear at all! The only way to learn about our pricing was to log in and see the billing page #2: Many people coming into Skyvern didn't realize we have an open source version! Our pricing page now makes it clear We still have one big question on our minds: should we continue to do usage-based pric

      Changelog - 4th of July 🇺🇸 Edition

#1 - Detailed billing (ie how much did I spend on that task?!) You asked, we delivered🎉 You can now see how much your tasks cost you in Skyvern's task billing page 😹 I bet you're wondering.. why did we launch Skyvern without this feature? Well... we wouldn't need to build this if no one signed up to use Skyvern! #2 - Cancel Tasks (abort mission abort mission!!) One of the most frequent messages we got were questions about how they can cancel / rollback their running tasks. Worry not! Sky
